Microsoft’s revenue report Third Quarter 2009

Microsoft earned $13.65 billion this quarter, which is an overall decline of 6% compared with last year.
Considering that Microsoft will roll out Windows 7 and new Office products it might be a good time to invest into Microsoft stocks 
Further on, considering that this was the third quarter. Microsoft’s fiscal year started on July 1, 2008… does that make sense?
