We are taking digital photography to the next level – experience a completely new world!
First of all let’s clarify what infrared is. Most people will immediately think about heat radiation if they hear the word “infrared”, but there is something else hidden from our earth-bound eyes.
Infrared light has a certain wavelength with a very wide range. If we only look at the first part of this range, we won’t be able to see heat radiation, but we will be able to see things our eye normally can’t: “Near-Infrared”. A blue sky will turn dark, leaves that reflect a lot of infrared light will appear white resulting in a very mystical photography. You can create great effects if you combine the result with colour. To do that you would shoot a photo twice, once with an infrared filter and the second time without (more about that later).

You may have heard about Project Natal for the Xbox 360 (as we previously reported), but did you hear that it will be on PCs as well? Windows Vista users will be able to use their gestures, movements, and voice as controls.

It’s Blue Blu!
The uber-awesome-incredible Twitter Client:

Blu Twitter Client
It’s Twitter on a whole new level. The client itself is very stylish and has a lot of fun features. A little blue bobble is moving from time to time, when you enter a message a big number is counting down (140 is max) in the background and most importantly you can add certain tweeps to your “favorites”. It’s a waste of time if you would try to unfollow all the people you don’t want to listen to, instead mark all those tweeps who deserve it as your “favorite”.
One of the best twitter clients out there, if not the best. And it is working totally fine on Windows 7!

So, how close are we to the future?
Hey, I don’t expect you to answer that question! *grin*.
Microsoft’s Project Natal does not require a controller .. Why? Well, *You* are the controller!
You can control the whole game using only your body movements and voice. The concept isn’t very new, but I think Microsoft will be one step ahead of Nintendo (at least until they release a Wii2), because the motion tracking of Natal is a lot more accurate and highly advanced!
See for yourself:

Wouldn’t it be great to wake up and hear your favorite songs in the background?
Many people already have a wake up playlist or just use the built-in radio many alarm clocks have.
If you don’t have an alarm clock with a built-in radio or anything similar, here’s an easy solution for everyone.
One of the best tools to set up a wake up playlist is Jakes Alarm Clock. The website looks like it’s from the 90′s and the tool doesn’t have a fancy web 2.0 like interface – but it does what it promises and it’s very easy to manage your alerts! It even runs smoothly on Windows 7 (which I currently use).
I’ve just added “David Bowie – Let’s Dance” to my wake up playlist. I love that song!
What do you add to your playlist?
Cheers!

Ever wondered how to setup a dual screen properly?
Once the best tool to do that would come with your graphic drivers (if you had a NVidia graphic card).
Nowadays there are some better tools to do it.
DisplayFusion is one of them.

The free version does not offer as much as the pro does, but it’s enough to do some really fancy stuff.
Above, you can see my setup. All you have to do is to open your display properties to detect a 2nd monitor and select “Extend these displays”, after that simply do a right-click on the litte tray icon of Display Fusion and click on “Desktop Wallpaper”.
You are almost done, pick a wallpaper (load from) and set a size mode. Apply it and your wallpaper should now stretch over 2 screens. Easy, huh?
