I nearly missed it! One of the best Vista themes has been updated again.

The author really put a lot of effort into this theme and it has been updated several times so far. You can see that “Steel89″ has a passion for themes, it’s an incredible wonderful vista theme!
I suggest you to get this here if you haven’t switched to Windows 7 already.

If you plan to switch over to Windows 7 I suggest to read this post. Windows 7 themepacks only change wallpapers and colors mainly, but it’s still a good way to create some nice looking basic themes.
